1.About color card
Our company provides free color cards and bulk samples, please contact us to obtain the fabric you need, but you need to bear the mailing cost. If there are subsequent orders, the mailing cost can be deducted.
2.About the chromatic aberration
Website products are taken in kind, but due to the display, light source and other objective factors during the shooting, there is a little deviation between the kind and the photo is inevitable, and the fabric dyeing and finishing process itself is complicated, cylinder difference quality difference/color difference within a certain range, hope customers understand and tolerate. Please refer to the actual color, picture color is for reference only.

3.About the color confirmation
If your company needs colors other than the fixed color card, you need to send the sample to our company for ABC version. After the buyer confirms, the minimum order quantity reaches a certain level (depending on the type), and after paying 30% deposit, we will start to arrange production. The bulk goods will be shipped after paying off the balance.

4.About the delivery
Stock goods can be shipped within 1-2 days; We will confirm the order products as soon as possible after you confirm the color, and start to arrange production after paying 30% deposit. The specific delivery date will be adjusted according to the variety, color and quantity, and the bulk goods will be shipped after the balance payment is paid. The terms of payment and transport are also negotiable.

5.About the after-sale service
Please be sure to check whether the fabric is damaged, and confirm the number of varieties before signing for receipt, and timely inspection, if you find any problems should contact us in time. If the cloth is complete (not cut out), please contact us in time to discuss the quality problem.
