Q3: I want to send my designs to you ,which file format is available?
A:TIF,JPG,PDF,PSD,PNG format are all workable,but more than 300dpi,if not ,after printing,it will be not clear.

Q4:Design file is too big,how I send you?
A:Usually you can send your designs to our mail box.
